Rebecca joined Mills Family Law this year, bringing more than 12 years of litigation experience to our practice. She brings a unique background having worked extensively in personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and prison assault cases. She brings a strong advocacy-focused approach to her work, grounded in her background in social work and specialized designation in child protection.
Now transitioning to family law, Rebecca is committed to helping clients navigate complex and often emotionally challenging situations with compassion, professionalism, and care. She takes great pride in her empathetic and client-focused approach, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the legal process.
Rebecca’s legal experience includes preparing and filing pleadings, managing files from start to finish, retaining and instructing expert witnesses, and overseeing document collection and production. She maintains consistent communication with clients, helping to manage expectations while providing guidance, support, and understanding at every stage.
When she’s not working, Rebecca can be found chasing after her 4-year-old daughter, Nai’a, and 6 year old miniature dachshund, Gus. In any spare time that exists, Rebecca enjoys listening to true crime podcasts and volunteering with a local dog rescue.
